Chalk Talk: Wednesday 5/1 7pm-8pm

Instructor: Brian Fredrickson

New to the gym and looking to learn more about the basics of climbing? Join us for Chalk Talk! This is a discussion based class where climbers can meet others new to the sport while learning about thebuilding blocks of climbing from one of our knowledgeable instructors. This is a great way to get guidance on what the next steps will be for you to progress in climbing!

Send Squad Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 7-9pm

Choose either 1x/week or 2x/week

Instructor: Mike Plesser and Mikey Oliver

This team is designed for climbers looking to progress their climbing level, strength, and technique. Practices will be centered on periodization training and conditioning drills to build strength and power, fine tune technique, and advance your climbing level! The team training will prepare climbers for reaching personal goals, participating in competitions, and in transitioning outside.

Team members will have access to coach Mike’s practices and training plans. Members may also join Mike at select competitions and on some outdoor excursions with the team. There will be a small fee associated to any outdoor trip guided by Mike.

Adult Technique: Wednesdays 5/14, 5/21, 5/28 7-8:30pm

Instructor: Brian Fredrickson

This hour and a half class designed specifically for women will introduce you to new climbing techniques and training exercises to help you take your climbing to the next level. No matter what your ability level, if climbing harder is your goal, this clinic is for you.

Our fitness classes offer a great compliment to any climbing regimen. Drop-in to any class for $12 or sign up for a membership and join our fitness classes for free!

Core and Conditioning: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Instructor: Helen Lin

A quick 30 minute ab workout followed by a conditioning workout that will give you the core strength you need for rock climbing.

Yoga: Tuesdays 6-7:00pm and Thursdays 6:30-7:30pm

Instructors: Dianne Velasquez and Kayla Paraiso

Our incredible instructors are making yoga the best compliment to their climbing routine.

If you’re trying to climb outside, we recommend checking out our outdoor guiding program! We offer trips and outdoor classes designed to give you a taste of the outdoors or show you the basics so you can climb with friends.
