After school & weekend youth climbing programs are designed for all ability levels, whether your child is brand new to climbing or has been scaling the walls for years.

Our small class sizes (4:1) allow us to get to know your child individually and provide the proper instruction to suit their abilities and interest. Your child will build friendships while they build their knowledge and self-confidence.

Join us for our new class for your little ones ages 1-3! Toddler Time is a fun class facilitated by our youth instructors. We will explain activities for parents to help their toddlers climb, explore, crawl and play with others!

Our fitness classes offer a great compliment to any climbing regimen. FREE FOR MEMBERS and $12 for everyone else!

Core Conditioning: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:30pm

Instructor: Helen Lin

A quick 30 minute ab workout that will give you the core strength you need for rock climbing.

Yoga: Tuesdays (6pm-7pm) and Thursdays (6:30pm-7:30pm)

Instructors: Dianne and Kayla

Our incredible instructors are making yoga the best compliment to their climbing routine.

Chalk Talk: Wednesday 1/8 7pm-8pm

New to the gym and looking to learn more about the basics of climbing? Join us for Chalk Talk! This is a discussion based class where climbers can meet others new to the sport while learning about the building blocks of climbing from one of our knowledgeable instructors. This is a great way to get guidance on what the next steps will be for you to progress in climbing!

New Climbing Class: Mondays 7pm-8pm

In this one time – one hour class we will work on acquiring and understanding basic technique on the wall. Whether you’re a totally inexperienced climber or a beginner who wants guidance getting started, this class is perfect for you. The majority of the class will be taught together as a group, but the classes are kept small so that our instructors can work with each student on their individual goals.

Send Squad Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 7-9pm

Choose either 1x/week or 2x/week

This team is designed for climbers looking to progress their climbing level, strength, and technique. Practices will be centered on periodization training and conditioning drills to build strength and power, fine tune technique, and advance your climbing level! The team training will prepare climbers for reaching personal goals, participating in competitions, and in transitioning outside.

Team members will have access to coach Marcus Bernier’s practices and training plans. Members may also join Marcus at select competitions and on some outdoor excursions with the team. There will be a small fee associated to any outdoor trip guided by Marcus.

Adult Technique: Sundays (NEW) from 10:30am – noon & Wednesdays from 7pm – 830pm

We’re adding an additional day to this popular hour and a half class designed specifically for adult climbers that will introduce you to new climbing techniques and training exercises to help you take your climbing to the next level. No matter what your ability level, if climbing harder is your goal, this class is for you.

On Tuesday, January 7, reps from Black Diamond, La Sportiva, Scarpa and Evolv will be visiting from 6pm to 9pm to answer all your questions with an incredible selection of shoes to try on, test out and compare on our climbing walls!

FrictionLabs will also be demoing their high performance chalk!

Whether you’re looking to get into ice climbing or just crossing it off your bucket list, join us at the Flume Gorge in New Hampshire! This is a great opportunity for anyone who has wanted to try ice climbing as we’ll be providing all the gear. Grab some friends, family, or even a stranger and join the Adult Climbing League this winter!

Teams of 4 (can sign up a 5th climber as back up, only 4 climbers per nigth) will compete each week over the course of the 6 week season. Teams will gain points for their top climbs completed each night, difficulty will be based on the individual climber – this means teams can have climbers of multiple skill levels. Bonus fun points will be awarded throughout the season for things including most climbs in one night, climbing in a team uniform, and theme night participation.

The team with the most points at the end of the season not only wins the admiration of their peers and a victory lap, but they will receive a $100 Rock Spot Climbing Gift Card, and individual prize packs.
