JAN 2022 Construction Schedule
Our property manager will be updating our windows so they’re more efficient and modern! The project will only affect the Castle Boulder across from the windows along with the Treadwall. This project will go until February so we apologize for any inconvenience during this time.
Phase I: January 10 – 28, 2022
Set up temporary enclosure and interior protection in Rock spot space (T&M). Interior work in tenant space limited to one day on or about 1/10/22, (7am – 3:30pm working hours).
Demolition to start 1/11/22 and scheduled to be completed in approximately three days (all exterior work).
Installation of the heat enclosure, repair of the masonry and installation if the window blocking and frames will begin immediately following demolition, scheduled from 1/14/22-1/27/22.
Phase II: February 4 – February 11, 2022
Install of the glass will commence on or about Friday 2/4/22 (from exterior) and conclude approximately Wednesday 2/10/22 with the removal of temporary protection and masonry repair beginning and ending 2/11/22 (1 day of work in Rock Spot tenant space 7am-3:30 pm). Work inside the tenant space will follow the same procedure as previously used.
