Adult Climbing Team Tuesdays and/or Thursdays 7-9pm

Choose either 1x/week or 2x/week

Instructor: Keith Nadeau

This team is designed for climbers looking to progress their climbing level, strength, and technique. Practices will be centered on periodization training and conditioning drills to build strength and power, fine tune technique, and advance your climbing level! The team training will prepare climbers for reaching personal goals, participating in competitions, and in transitioning outside.

Practices will run September-June, participants will have the option to pay/attend monthly or to enroll in the full session through adding the team payment to your Electronic Billing Memberships.

Team members will have access to coach Keith Nadeau’s practices and training plans. Members may also join Keith at select competitions and on some outdoor excursions with the team. There will be a small fee associated to any outdoor trip guided by Keith.

Our fitness classes offer a great compliment to any climbing regimen. Drop-in to any class for as little as $6 for members and $12 for everyone else.

Members can add on fitness classes for a monthly fee of $10 which grants them unlimited access to our Core Coditioning, HIIT and yoga classes so check them out and crush your fitness goals!

Remember, if you’re a new member you have one (1) month of FREE fitness classes so you can try them out and see how well they compliment your climbing membership.

Core Conditioning: Wednesdays 6:30pm-7:00pm

A quick 30 minute ab workout that will give you the core strength you need for rock climbing.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT): Wednesdays 7-8pm

Instructor: Helen Lin

Get FIT from HITT with Happy Helen! This High Intensity Interval Training class will get your heart rate up with a variety of body weight exercises and light weights. No experience required.

Yoga for all levels: Fridays 6-7pm

Intermediate Yoga: Tuesdays 6-7:00pm & 7:10-8:10pm

Chalk Talk: Wednesday 7/5 7pm-8pm

New to the gym and looking to learn more about the basics of climbing? Join us for Chalk Talk! This is a discussion based class where climbers can meet others new to the sport while learning about thebuilding blocks of climbing from one of our knowledgeable instructors. This is a great way to get guidance on what the next steps will be for you to progress in climbing!

Adult Technique: Wednesdays 7/11, 7/18, 7/25 7-8:30pm

Instructor: Brian Fredrickson

This hour and a half class designed specifically for women will introduce you to new climbing techniques and training exercises to help you take your climbing to the next level. No matter what your ability level, if climbing harder is your goal, this clinic is for you.

If you’re trying to climb outside, we recommend checking out our outdoor guiding program! We offer trips and outdoor classes designed to give you a taste of the outdoors or show you the basics so you can climb with friends.

We are now carrying the Edelrid Ohm in our retail shops! Please try them on our walls and be sure to ask staff for information.

We’re raising $1,000 for the Providence Community Library by partnering with Over the Edge to send our Director of Wall Design and Head Route Setter, Mike Dominguez over the edge of the Regency Plaza building in downtown Providence. This will be just minutes away from our new Providence location and it’s for a great cause so join us for the event on Saturday, June 23 and please donate to the Providence Community Library by clicking the link below.

Rock Spot Climbing and the American Cancer Society are teaming up to hold a Belay for Life on July 14th from 5:00 pm until 11:00 pm at our Peace Dale, RI location. Join us for a night of climbing with your friends and family to help raise funds that will go support cancer research, prevention and patient support. A portion of the registration fee will go to the American Cancer Society and individuals will be able to give more through a 5-hour climbathon!
