World Class Bouldering
Rock Spot South Boston is home to a massive bouldering wall split into eight sections with one section reset every week. The sections are as follows:

Top Rope & Autobelay
South Boston has four main top rope sections each with anywhere from 7-20 routes on them at any given time. These sections are reset at regular intervals and each section has a number of auto-belays for convenience. The sections are as follows:

Autobelay systems make the sport accessible by allowing new climbers to get on our walls in minutes after a short safety orientation. They are also great for providing an alternative for experienced climbers looking to do more intensive training or to allow for more flexibility when climbing partners are unavailable. Both our TruBlue & Perfect Descent autobelays work optimally for climbers between 22lbs and 300lbs.

Moon Board and a Training Board. Each board corresponds with an app that lets you interact with it.
The Moon Board apps let you choose climbs set by people all around the world or in your local gym. The holds always remain in the same configuration. You can climb the same routes on any identical board. You can even set your own climbs on the app and climbers around the world will use them.
The Training Board is located in back of the arch and offers a unique way to climb and train. Download the Stokt app to build your own climbs or climb other people’s sets. The holds will always remain in this configuration so you can trust your climb will be there when you come back.
Cardio Equipment
This Gym also offers some great cardio options. Take a stroll on the tread wall and boost your stamina for those longer climbs. You can set a tilt on the tread wall to make it more inclined and even change the speed setting to make it a challenge. For a more traditional approach hop on the elliptical, bike, or treadmill to get in some extra steps for the day.

Our Multi-gym boasts a long list of features:

Hand Weights and More
Along with the barbells on the multi gym we also have a wide range of hand weights, including kettle bells. We have a range of athletic straps and many hang boards to choose from. Head to the back of the gym to try out our campus boards and trining boards as well. There is something for everyone.
PRO SHOP
Our Pro Shop is handy in a pinch. Need some chalk? We got it. Just got a blister? We’ve got some tape. If you are tired of rentals you can always look through our selection of shoes and get a pair of your own.
